How Do I Pay?

We accept PayPal as the main form of payment. You can pay using any major credit card and/or eCheck via PayPal. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to send us a payment. Simply follow the checkout and when you reach the PayPal payment page, enter your credit card information there. You will not need to sign up for PayPal at all.

How Do You Ship Domestically (USA)?

In stock orders ship within 1 business day of your purchase. Average domestic delivery is 3-5 business days.

How Do You Ship Internationally?

Please anticipate 5-10 business days for international delivery, although customs has added 2-3 weeks to the standard delivery. Tracking is only available with Express delivery. We are unable to ship to the following Countries: Belarus, Russia, Ukraine.

How Do I Reach Customer Service?

We take customer service very seriously and we will do whatever it takes to make you a repeat customer. Please contact us right away if you have any questions, concerns or issues about your purchase. We strive for five star reviews from you in feedback and will work hard to earn it.

How Do I Make a Return or Exchange?

Item must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. There is a 15% restocking fee on all items returned unless stated otherwise. Refund will be given as money back less the 15% restocking fee and our original shipping fee even if the item offered free shipping. Items must be accompanied with original receipt, be unused/unopened and have a Return Merchandise Authorization number from customer service. If an item is defective a replacement will be shipped upon receipt of the defective unit. Sale items (if applicable), unfortunately cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
